Our standard production turnaround is 5–7 business days after we receive your approved artwork proof. This does not include shipping transit time, which is typically 1–6 additional business days depending on your location.

What file formats do you accept for plastic menu printing?

Accepted Answer

We accept PDF (preferred), JPG/JPEG, and PNG files. PDF is preferred as it best preserves fonts, vectors, and color accuracy. All files must be at 300 DPI or higher.

Yes — we offer free ground shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations is available for an additional fee.

We offer two premium synthetic materials: 15 mil rigid synthetic (thick, rigid, ideal for upscale restaurants) and 10 mil soft foldable synthetic (flexible, perfect for bi-fold and tri-fold menus). Both are 100% waterproof, tear-resistant, and stain-resistant.

Yes — we offer 5 mil and 10 mil film lamination as premium finishing upgrades. Lamination adds an extra protective layer, enhances durability, and provides a polished professional finish in gloss or matte. It is available in addition to our already-durable synthetic base materials.

We offer 7 standard sizes: 4.25x11, 5.5x8.5, 8.5x11 (most popular), 8.5x14, 11x17, 12x18, and 13x19. Custom sizes are available upon request.
